This was the perfect family for our family of 4. Excellent value for the location as it was within walking distance to many tourist attractions with plenty of public transport options nearby. The apartment itself was very clean and everything we needed was there. Michal was very helpful with information throughout our stay. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value!

we stayed in the attic apartment, small but perfectly formed with everything you'd need for a fraction of the cost of a hotel. We decided to cook a few nights to save money and chose this place as a result. 
We were greeted by Mikhail who was really welcoming and happy to help in any way he could. The apartment was spotless and really well located -15 minute walk into town or 25 minutes to Old Town.for those who don't like to walk there's trams and metro 5 minutes walk at Namesti Miru. There are also around 15-20 bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk all of which are cheaper than in town centre be advised that while the apartment is strict non smoking the bars within walking distance were pretty much all smoking which was no good for my asthmatic girlfriend but you can find non smoking bars if you explore (or Google) and there's a really fantastic BBQ restaurant at the top of the street that's non smoking. 
The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The lift is a little claustrophobic so if you're scared of lifts be prepared for 10 flights of stairs or book one on a lower floor! The lift didn't bother us at all (I actually loved its rickety charm!) but it would frighten some people.

Fantastic value

I cannot rave enough about the apartment we stayed in here. Good location, within walking distance of everything including river, train station and all the sights. Room was delightful, clean, comfortable and just really nicely decorated - not that it matters, it was just a nice touch! Mikhael who runs the rooms was brilliant, super friendly and helpful, even recommending a restaurant which ended up being one of the best meals I've ever had! All in all this room was superb, and a brilliant price. Would highly highly recommended!!!

Utterly brilliant gem of a place!

Several appartments in an old building nearby metro station Namesti Miru (3 min). We had app. E.

Everything you need, is available. 
A little kitchenette (most restaurants in Prague are cheap and in the neighboorhood of this appartement were a lot of nice places) with a PC and a cough (3th bed).
Seperate toilet and bathroom.
And a huge living room with a double bed and another cough (if you wish: 4th bed).

Michael lives in the same building. He is very nice and friendly. Responds quickly to mails and has nice tips for restaurants and places to visit.

Prague is a great city to visit. This appartment a great place to start and end your day!

Great place for visiting Prague

Comfortable and cheap. The host is very kind and explains everything about the neighbourhood, where you can find everything: pubs, pharmacy, 24h supermarket, subway station is just 5 minutes away by feet. The place is very quiet and the apartment is clean and warm. 
The only negative thing is that there is no stovetop only a single electric cooker, microwave, and boiler for tea/coffee. But there is a nice pub just across the street that serves very good and cheap meals (highly reccomended the pea soup for just 55kc = 2€)
