Amazing holiday so far couldn't fault this magical place.. most friendly staff... stunning views.. love it... highly recommend 👌 for my birthday they gave me 2 bottles of wine on the house!!!.. clean and tidy... would happily book here again.

the bathroom had no electricity - lights and it was very difficult to use it... I informed immediately but they didn't do anything nor did they inform me about anything... very old furniture... the cupboard smelled damp... and an additional charge for the air conditioner... I asked to speak with the person in charge  Mr. Yota, but he never contacted me again... the worst experience I've ever had

The worthiest place

Really poor appartment with damaged furnitures, 
The room was dirty when we arrived- in general the cleaning was bad and not done proberly.
Soap was missing in the toilet. Be aware the airconditioning is in only one room, if you are a family. It is a bit difficult to cool down both rooms

Nice poolbar and the food is surprisingly good, but music is too high and the same music is on repeat.

We use Simos magic bar for a nice pint of Keo and Fanta Lemon when walking along the promenade.
Really nice bar where there is a friendly atmosphere and great service which looks out to the sea. 
They have a nice restaurant with special deals and sports on tv.

Nice beer garden .

Great restaurant and bar - enjoyed a few nice drinks/meals at reasonable prices, good service in a beautiful setting.  

Bar area and terrace and some of the rooms have been refurbished and we loved our chilled-out evenings here in the palm-tree-filled gardens.  Recommend.

We got the deal at the last minute.
Excellent environment to chill and relax near the pool, looking at the ocean. Very friendly staff. Good price, good food. Near everything you would need. I would definitely come back if I was back in Ayia Napa.

Excellent 3 days at the hotel

You have to pay extra for air-conditioning, so what may initially look like a bargain when booking may not actually be so when you factor that in. The location is great - right on the water and close to MUSAN. Rooms are dated and in need of love. Food is average. Some staff are friendly and on the ball, while others are less so.

I don’t even know where to begin.. I travelled to Ayia Napa with two of my friends and we absolutely regret booking Simos Magic beach hotel.

First of all - the rooms.. They are obviously in need of a renovation, which we had already figured out from the pictures, but it was a lot worse than we thought. The room was dirty, in need of a deep clean and smelled weird. The bathroom was awful, it was absolutely not clean and the shower curtain was just disgusting. The bed was rock hard and the sheets had old blood/dirt/nail polish stains. One day I even had to go and ask for new sheets because they were gross and they gave me new ones but I had to make the bed myself?? The towels also had stains on them.

My room was the first one on the right when you come up the stairs and I promise it’s the worst room of all. Every morning at 6am the cleaning lady’s start their day and their supply room was right under my room, they talked very loud and was laughing a lot so it woke me up every single day.

Also we travelled in May so it was super cold every night and we didn’t even get a blanket, just some thin sheets to sleep with so I had to sleep with my pants, a thick sweater and even with all that i was literally freezing all night.
Also there was no warm water in the showers after like 8 pm so I couldn’t even take a hot shower to warm up..

Lastly there was no soap or anything like that in the room, no hairdryers and the AC costs extra..

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the view from the balcony was gorgeous and the pool area was ok.

Also I don’t recommend eating lunch at the hotel since it’s expensive and doesn’t taste good.

Worst hotel ever!

The hotel staff is very polite and provides very good services. View from the main building directly to the pool and the sea. Cafe overlooking the sea and pleasant atmosphere. 
SHOCK!!! NO BUNGALOW!!! This room was the worst room I have ever stayed in in my life. I booked a bungalow at this hotel but did not expect to see a very old small traditional house over 100 years old, on its own, separate from the main building and the pool. Only one such. It seems that this was the house where the owner's parents lived 100 years ago. If someone wants to book a room in the main building, be careful and get a studio with a pool view. The room smelled of mold and no shampoo or soap was provided. The room was very dark. I was very disappointed that I stayed in an old traditional little studio-house over 100 years old during my holiday for a few days and paid 75 euro per night. It doesn't even cost 20 euro. This room should be called "old traditional studio-house" and not the bungalow we know in other hotels. We didn't have hot water because the house doesn't have a solar panel. The hot water is powered by an electric water heater that you need to turn on yourself, just like in the old days. This is a very bad image for the hotel to call the 100 year old traditional back house a bungalow. Nothing to do with the hotel bungalow we all know. Obviously cheating on the tourists. It's a shame that booking.com advertises this room as a bungalow. No longer cheat anymore other tourists and remove this room from advertising.
