Villa Sunset Plat

We recently stayed at Villa Sunset from the 10th to 18th October. We hired a car from Dubrovnic Airport and its only a very easy 10 minute drive before arriving. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room which was number 5. It was one of the smaller rooms but had the best view over the bay. The room was immaculate and finished to a very high standard with tiled floors throughout and a very comfortable bed. Basic cooking facilities with a kettle for the essential mug of tea. Although just off the main road it was very quiet in our room. There's a bus stop a couple of hundred metres from the apartment and the number 10 bus runs regularly to Cavtat and in the opposite direction to Dubrovnic. They also run until just after midnight so no worries about a later evening out. All the local areas are beautiful with Cavtat, Mlini and Sebrano ideal places to chill and relax. If you do stay try to get to Kupari to investigate the abandoned hotels left after the war in the 90's. Just across the road is a lovely restaurant and the meals are great and very friendly staff. There's also a small supermarket next door with all the essentials but please note that all supermarkets are closed onna Sunday apart from the height of the season. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we have fallen in love with a beautiful country and vert friendly people. You won't be disappointed 😊
