Maja was a wonderful host!  She immediately brought us a cold drink and answered our questions. The apartment had everything we needed.  It was very clean and well stocked.  Our apartment had a lovely little terrace and  we were also invited to use the top terrace which had a view of Hvar.  We have stayed in this part of town before and it's easy to get to downtown Hvar.  You can walk but we were in a hurry to meet guests so we took a taxi.  I highly recommend this apartment.  Maja and Jakov are very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect place to stay

You can‘t live better. Very clean apartments, one with kitchen. The owner Jakov and maja Balic do everything so that you feel as being home. Air conditioning, free wifi, all included. Every room has a refrigerator , balcony or terrace. 

Very good apartment for a good price

Awesome place to stay in Hvar the host Myra is fantastic very helpful.  Cleanliness spotless can not fault.  Hvar lovely island to visit as well catching local bus to go Stari Gard beautiful HNK 27.00each.

This is an amazing family business and they make you feel at home. The hotel is very well located as it is at walking distance  from the historical centre. It is surrounded by shops and a very good restaurant. The room is very nice and has everything you need. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and care this family puts into their business. Every single part of the room and the house is very well taken care off. The best part of our experience in this hotel was meeting the owners and their son. They are very kind, respectful and they make you feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Lovely apartment with great, helpful hosts. Very clean. Welcomed with a glass of home made wine and liqueur. Great views of the harbour and landscape from apertment, Lovely for watching the sunset. Room spacious and comfortable, would highly recommend, great location 10 mins walk from the town centre.

Best apartment in Hvar

Cozy sweet warm appartment with a great view and wonderfully awesome owners.
We arrived 4 persons for the upper flat and we needed an extra bed as per booking discription where the hosts managed to arrange on spot for us while we went out for lunch. 
It is a 7 min walk to main prominade where all the clubs/ resturants are centered. A supermarket is right around the corner . 
You can drink tab water , water is expensive . 
You will find towels and blankets but make sure you brink your own toilete showergel/ shampoo / facial & dental care . 
There is AC And coffee machine and dont miss the grappa home made by Jacob (the owner)

maya (owner) left us a sweet little lavender gift befoer our departure.
