This is my family’s second stay in Kowloon Hotel. And we will stay here again everytime we visit Hongkong. PROS: 1)Convenient Location - Walking distance to Nathan Road, restaurants, Harborview Mall 2)Connected to Underground MTR stations to protect you from the elements 3)Connecting rooms for families 4)Nice Room view of the harbor 5)Warm, friendly and helpful concierge 6)Breakfast buffet 7)Daily housekeeping 8)Made arrangements for private airport transfers 9)Convenience store onsite CONS: Lobby can be too crowded and noisy especially during check out time. More seats should be provided or renovate to have a bigger lobby.
