We spent 2 hours looking for the hotel because a) Hotels.com map was wrong, b) no taxi driver we asked knows the hotel, c) people who work in shops/restaurants in the vicinity don't know the hotel d) name of the hotel is incorrect - I.e no mention of "Yiliang Hotel" anywhere.  Sign = Narada Boutique Hotel, not Yiliang Hotel. Hotel is down small alleyway off Xueyuan road.  The map may indicate a subway stop called XueYuan rd - guess what, it doesn't exist.

Oh BTW the room number we were given at check-in doesn't match the number on the door.  If you're keen to step in to a parallel dimension where nothing makes sense, this is the place for you. 

Rooms are clean, tidy.  Staff don't really speak much English.  Wifi good

Impossible to find

Cozy, Clean, Nice Thai themed interiors. Good location if the trip is for business as it's situated at the middle of the business district of HangZhou.  A bit but not that far from the tourist destinations (West Lake). But there's a seafood market/restaurant/food court in the vicinity and some interesting street food stalls that pop up during the night nearby.

Excellent menu on the breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced.

Very helpful staff but limited English but they respond quickly on the request to chance to a new room because of some weird smell. Not a big deal, but it's nice to have a better room without that smell.

Overall, it's a pleasant experience.  Definitely would come back on my next business trip.

Nicely themed, clean and cozy

Parking area is limited, not a big space. Location is surrounded by many office buildings. There are some restaurants around the the hotel, you can reach them by walking. Breakfast menu is fine but many menus were not completed by the names, so you just guess while cant get info from staffs since they cant speak english. 

Clean simple hotel

You need to have a basic grasp of Chinese,to enjoy your stay here.A chinese business hotel ,staff did try to be helpful.but with no english whatever, communication in english is a REAL Problem.The young waitress attempted to solve this problem  by giving us a hand written note,In Chinese,which she waved in front of us,as if to say "The whole World speaks Chinese,so why cant you ??"
Hotel was too far from anywhere,Hangzhou traffic is awful,the locals becoming a touch too proud.
Luckily we found an english-speaking man who sped us through the maze of the ticket office,otherwise we would still be waiting in the street.Finally, the locals were most hospitable and eager to help us.
In all for chinese business men visiting the University or the computer city,its a fine choice.

Good Hotel , good location : 50 meters good Chinese restaurant (I am not very happy of Chinese food - but that restaurant was the best of 6 i ate in Hangzhou) , 5 minutes of walk Tesco , 15 minutes of walk Hangzhou Parks , 25 minutes of walk West Lake.
