Nice room, great location pool was not operating  which was not advertised on the web site.

Room was dirty. Run down place. Would not visit again, and staff service was terrible!

Easy access to the beach and restaurants was great.

The front office girl Nitika was so friendly and helpful. The people here are awesome. Everyone was quiet at night and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Right along the becahside which is perfect. Had a nice kitchenette that was clean and a clean bathroom. The closet although looked a bit water damaged and had a couple bugs crawling around, but overall a good stay

The bed in our unit sagged a significant amount making it very challenging to sleep on and left us both with exteme backaches in the morning. They were nice enough to let us switch to a different room for the second night, however that bed was just as bad. When we asked about this we were told that was the condition of all the beds. We asked about cancelling due to this and were told there were no refunds. We ended up using our own blow up camping mattress ob the floor as the bed was so bad. Our first room also had some bugs (silverfish, spiders), and both rooms had stains on the floors and walls. Would not recommend staying here

The location is great! It’s close to the lake, restaurants and some attractions. It’s so convenient.The staff is friendly, but they’re not around most of the time.The rooms are so old and outdated! They should renovate everything! There’s a funky smell inside the bedroom, and I’m guessing it’s the old floor carpet. There’s only one A/C unit which is in the living room. Unfortunately the cold air doesn’t reach the bedroom. We had to leave the bedroom door open, but even then it becomes so warm overnight inside the bedroom.

We had a lake view two bedroom.  Bed layout for a family of four with a king in one and two queens for teenage boys was fantastic.  The best part was beach access. Just walk across the street. Best trip to Penticton so far.

Great location. The room was pretty "tired" and outdated but as expected based on description and pricing. Not a bad place to stay based on location alone. Only real disappointment was the pool was empty and not in use. No notice to the effect of it but being open.
