This place is amazing. The managers Ron and Rose do. Terrific job of keeping this unique older style motel up to its top standards. Great location. Shopping Nd restaurants close by. Right across from the famous canal launch. Room to park and ride the canal. 


We had a fabulous time at the motel!  Perfect location, across from channel (a must do!)  98 step walk to the beer and wine store hidden out back across a lot with a grocery store Starbucks and fresh meat shop, you can not see any of this from your motel though you still get your amazing views of landscape and as I said the channel.  8-10 minute walk to lake, paddle/tug boat tours, Saltys pirate bar, mini golf adventure park.   Motel was all you need, clean rooms, courtesy fridge/microwave, community bbq, great views.  Our park hosts were amazing, just great people always on hand to help and full of info, thank you so much for blowing up our floaties and lending us butter for our breakfast toast!!  These guys are so honest they called to let me know I left a razor in the shower and if I  wanted it returned. Pool was maintained daily and I used it daily.  Thanks for a great stay!

Right in the middle of town but still private. Coffee, groceries, liquor store etc right next door -very convenient. Only noisy time is in the morning when the malls garbage trucks come screaming thru . Decent place to spend a few days and reasonably priced.

Good experience - I've stayed here a few times over the years, and I have to say there have been a lot of positive improvements over the last few years, especially since new management took over in 2014.It's been cleaned up and NEW beds in all rooms since 2015, which are great!. I had the opportunity to meet Ron, who is very personable - which prompted me to write the review.

Although it's an old hotel, it's conveniently located and has a great pool. Basic rooms, Small kitchenette, microwave, fridge TV, etc.. Very relaxing stay and visited the Penticton Golf & Country Club. 

Hopefully, the many beautiful hanging flower baskets will be back for the summer of 2018. I believe there was irrigation problem.They really add to this quaint motel..

Without the team of Ron and Rose this place would just be mediocre. But they make it an experience. The rooms are clean. Beds extremely comfortable and we all had great sleeping experiences. The two are attentive to all of your needs on top of helping with local restaurants and attractions. 

Travelling with a two year old and a 12 week baby we all had a super time. 

The pool is clean and refreshing. Ron checks it continuously and is diligently cleaning and sanitizing it every day. 

Great time.
