They make you feel right at home (hosts) , everything was done very well from the room to the huge breakfast, great location to the ferry to Quebec City, we only had a little confusion with the method of payment but that was solve very fast, we would not hesitated to stay there again in the future, job well done....

The couple who own this B&B are super friendly and would bend over backward for you. We don't speak french well so they quickly switch to English and did the best they could which was quite sufficient. We had no language issues. Just an FYI for those with mobility issues there are a lot of steep stairs. 
We had the one room without an air conditioner and it was a hot night so they set us up with a fan which was so kind. Rooms are clean and tidy. Our room didn't have its own bathroom but I believe there is one room that does. The shared bathroom was lovely and clean and had a variety of things you would need(hair dryer etc). There were nice seating areas both inside and outside as well as parking. 
In the morning we had to wash our babies bottles but the woman of the house quickly offered to do this for us which was so kind. 
The breakfast was top notch, delicious and prepared quickly. 
Very close to old Quebec but make sure you know it is not a direct driving/walking route of 3 km, it is via a ferry. The ferry is car and pedestrian and quite affordable. 
The B&B is in a lovely town and we wish we would have had more time to explore it. We would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Quebec  city. 


While travelling home to Atlantic Canada we decided to stay in Levis and take the ferry over to Old Quebec for the evening. 
A la Petite Marguerite was an excellent choice within walking distance of the ferry, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast and wonderful hosts. Be aware the walk from the ferry terminal to the B&B is steep!

The owners make this place feel like a family-style environment. Our host stayed up after midnight to let us in the night we arrived and woke up before 7:00 to make breakfast and entertain the other guests. 

We paid just 100 CAD/night to stay at this quaint B&B right across the river from Quebec City. The rooms were sunny and comfortable, and we could see the fireworks over the river for the Nouvelle France celebration. Petite Marguerite is a 15-minute walk from the ferry to Quebec, which is worth checking out just for the ride. (It's a half-hour drive.) Downtown Levis was also nice, with a few decent restaurants, and it happened to be hosting a Fete du Jazz while we were there.

The B&B is located in Levis, right across the river from Quebec city. Levis is less expensive than QC city, much more quiet and there is a ferry crossing between the two cities regularly. The climb from the ferry to the B&B is rather steep, about 12 minutes, but we enjoyed the walk and exercise. There are several restaurants all near each other a couple of streets down from the B&B, in rue Begin. We tried a vegetarian, but it was late (2:30pm) and had just closed. We liked our choice of Vietnamese, Levina. Good food and very pleasant service. For dessert, the Chocolaterie and ice cream shop in the same street is a very popular place. 
Our host were a bilingual couple and very friendly. The place was clean and neat. Breakfast, all home made in the kitchen right next to the dinning room. Three choices: omelet, or French toast, or crepes; also muffins, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc. Private parking.
Room: Bright. Shower had good pressure. Queen bed, comfortable. Pillows hard. Decor was flowery, and the cleaning scent in the room overpowering. Luckily, it was summer and we opened the windows. Very small bathroom (like an adapted wardrobe, with a sliding door that did not mask any sound) and tiny shower. 
I am a light sleeper, so I was bothered by the house soundproofing which was not great, you could hear other people's movements. Also, by not having a curtain that could close to keep off the light. I awoke by 5am. 
Overall, dismissing the small details, a good experience, and good quality/price ratio.
