the courtyard with its covered coffee place was a relaxed choice space. No rush no stress , just take it easy.The street view from inside the coffee place takes you back to the Indochinese 50s and 60s.

I really liked the details of this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and themed by Asian cities. There was quality furniture in the rooms. There was a kettle and tea station that allowed me to make tea around the clock. The staff were excellent. The WiFi worked pretty well. The bed was clean and comfortable. MY partner complained that the room smelled a little bit smokey but I couldn't smell it. The location turned out to be a bit of a nuisance because it was a twenty minute walk into the central area where most of the restaurants were.

I've been at Baphuon Villa three times, now I feel it a bit like my home. Beautiful colonial villa in quite central location (2 minutes in tuk tuk to the center or 15 minutes walking along the river), great wi-fi and tasty breakfast. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English well. The rooms are old but clean. Recommended!

At home!

The place was ok for its price. We stayed 2 nights. During sonkrag so hard to tell what sound were normal what was from new years party. The bathroom is not too big and with no shower separation things might get wet if you don't consider it in advance also the plumbing of the drain is quite slow so a quick shower!

Beds, ac, staff, wifi ... everything else was good. ( we could not take breakfast cause the new years festival / chef on vacation) would recommend it, not too many breakfast places around.

Nice place for the price...

A beautiful villa located in an excellent position. Only about a 15 minute walk along the river to the markets. They organise trips to whereever youd like, we opted to go see the sunrise at angkor wat and it was easily arranged! Lovely clean sheets in the room with complimentary water and the wifi was brilliant. Unfortunately never got to sample the food as on our last day when we tried to order breakfast we were told the cook "had problems" but we could see other people getting beeakfast....
