Nice room and a good service. A city center situated hotel, staffs are polite and kind with a good service, parking inside and other facilities for shopping nearby AEON Mall. It's near Naga Casino and recommended to everyone for a affordable hotel this one.

I disagree with the negative reviews.  The Long Live Hotel is not a luxurious, expensive 5 Star hotel like the Hilton hotels.  But the hotel, my room, and the staff are very good.  Thank you Long Live Hotel.

Good Hotel in Phnom Penh

Affordable for everyone

Good value for price

We stayed here for a night for only $25. The electricity was out in the area but the hotel has so we checked in to avoid the inconvenience. Room was clean, bathroom was large. No amenities such as shampoo and toothpaste. TV was old. Aircon was functioning well. No food service not even a store thats open 24hrs, but its near food stalls and massage parlors just a corner away. 

Decent transit hotel in Phnom Penh 

Came here three days ago asking if they had construction. The manager said no. Came here today asking for a quiet room. The manager put me in a room with bamboo construction lattices, and construction in the room above. I told him I was going to stay in the room until next Friday (ten nights), plus future trips for business, but am now so disappointed in him that he lied.

Disappointed.

After paying for my room they showed me a room that had no lights working, I was then called by the manager and told that I would have to pay and extra fee, even though I had already paid! I asked the manager why and was told that it was because I was a foreigner! needless to say I demanded my money back and went and stayed somewhere else!

Racist! shoddy and rude!

It was bad. Stained sheets from bodily fluids, roaches in the room,  broken air-conditioner.  When we had to change rooms because they cost fix Ac they were expecting us to be extremely grateful to allow the room change. We for some reason had to bring the stained and dirty sheets with us to the new room,  which was almost as bad.

Worst hotel I have ever used

Don't go there stuff is very rude. I never had to much problems with one person. There is new building under construction, place is noisy. Cleaning is not bad, but could be better. You should definitely choose better place.

Worst behaving of stuff ever

The staffs were very rude and not responsible especially staffs at the breakfast and receptionist. The money was stolen from my room.The room was full of durian smell, the size was too small and noisy. Please be aware of this hotel
