Well maintained building with lovely clean modern rooms.  And wow what a view with everything on your doorstep.
Ten minutes walk to old town and new town.  Thirty minutes walk along beach to Sunny beach or Nessebar beach.

Best price/quality hotel in the neighborhood

We got an apartment here in late March for 21 euros and we were really amazed by this place. First of all, it is a complete one bedroom apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen. It is really quite roomy. Secondly, the kitchen was very complete, with everything you could need from pans to wooden spoons and even a corkscrew. Finally, the apartment has a large balcony with a table and chairs and two sun-beds. Even better, it has sweeping views of the Black Sea, right across to Sunny Beach with mountains brooding in the distance. A real bargain overall.

Budget place with good facilities in central modern Nessebar. 15 walking to old Nessebar. NO wifi inside the Studio. You have to go outside in order to get the signal. Five minutes walking to reach bus stations to Varna, Burgas & Sofia.

Beautiful apartments with everything you need!  Very clean, well kept, tastefully decorated apartments right on the sea above the walking street connecting north beach with the old town. Great location. A little pricey, but worth it. The only downsize was that no one told us about the dance club party next door, which was super loud all night up to 3-4 o clock in the morning! 

Amazing view

I was there the last year for one week and really I enjoyed it. Very quiet, I never hear the neighbors, perfect view,clean. Only minuses  - no internet in the room, no coffee place or restaurant. But honestly I could go again there.
