We had a great stay in Lucky Bansko! The staff was polite and always smiling, rooms were cleaned daily and complementary water bottles restocked and little treats left in the evening to enjoy before bed. The facilities are really good, the spa is maintained well, parking is big so there was never any issue with finding a space, a ski storage is also available with heated ski boot drying system. The best part is the shuttle to the ski slopes (additional charge) which saves hours queueing for the gondola lift.There was one small issue during our stay: we requested an iron in the evening prior to our new years eve party but all the irons were taken by the guests, so we were advised there could be a wait time of 5-10 min. After 1 hour of waiting and asking multiple times, the reception staff told us there is nothing they can do as they don't know where the irons are and they have advised the guests to return them but no one had. As a result we had to go out with creased outfits to a formal event. To avoid disappointment in the future, I would advise management to purchase more irons, or make a log of where the irons are and request these back after a certain time.
