I went only for one night, in the middle of a business trip and it was not what I expected.  There was a TV in the room but it only had 4 channels (all national), it says it has wifi but it only works in the lobby, not even in the dinning room wich is next door! The reception only spoke portuguese, not spanish or english. The lights of the halls where off all the time (and if I turned them on because I had to leave the room someone turned them back off!).

The hot water run off after 5minutes and there was a lot of noise while trying to sleep. It is a preety hotel but i think they spent to much money on marble instead of basic services...

The breakfast was terrible!!! The eggs where like gum...

No comodities

I remained with two colleagues due hotel looks very nice. It has wonderful rooms and its  infrastructure is amazing, but it like a white elephant; due lack of service.

All of us tried to call for room service and we have to go to front desk to order. Then our requests arrive an hour and a half after.

Next day no one clean my room due low quantity of personnel.

I went to the gym and as mentioned before it was incredible to see all that pretty building that includes sauna, hot tub, pools and gym machines but all of them felting down by parts due lack of maintenance.

Food is not the best choice at the hotel and same person that cooks also cleans, and give you the check.

Is it a real shame to see a hotel like this with huge potential becoming a white elephant.

Pretty hotel, but low maintenance and lack of service.

Stayed for one night at this hotel, business purpose. First disappointment: horrible wifi and lobby only. Second one: the restaurant. I was with 4 other colleagues and 4 out 5 dishes were wrong or badly cooked; not to mention the 70 minute wait when there were no more than 4 tables occupied. From raw meat to frozen vegetables, the meal experience was dreadful. In the end, they didn't charge for the faulty dishes, but it was the very minimum they could have done, therefore the low score. To sum it up, the hotel has a nice potential with its structure, but has a lot to improve in management.

Nice structure, horrible customer service

The hotel had 2 weddings that weekend and they didn´t informed us at the moment of reservation. The party was till 3.am and we could hear everything from our room.  Also, the following day they wanted to prepare the pool to the other wedding taking the chairs of the pool.Also the employees were talking loud 6 am and making a lot of noises. The service was terrible.
