Namsaycholing Resort

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but you have to stay here to know that it is a very good place to stay. Plus the rooms are uber spacious!!! The staff went out of their way to make things comfortable and the lady who is the manager needs a special word of thanks for being so caring and helpful. I wanted to have only local Bhutanese food and they took care to make some of the yummiest dishes! Wi Fi works really well. The place is at a distance from the main town but that's what makes it such a charming place to stay at- the peace and away from You have to keep in mind that places in Bhutan where you stay and the people who are taking care of your needs cannot be compared with the likes of the five star hotels. These people and their hotels are still learning the ropes of the trade. As a woman traveller, I can vouch for all the hotels I have stayed in Bhutan and can say one thing that runs common for all of these places- The people are very nice and cooperative. As a tourist and a guest in their country, respect has to run both ways.
