Staff was absolutely wonderful. Accommodated me very nicely. My room was very clean and comfortable and the location was easy to get around. A walkable, beautiful city. I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the staff so much.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.  It looked exactly like the photos.  We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road.   With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside.  The hotel itself was very quiet.  The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal.  We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end.

Comfy and clean

The B&B is in a reasonably central location in Brussels. The main problem which I had was an inability to get in when I arrived. I had asked beforehand how I would get in if the place wasn't manned and I received a reply saying that a code would be sent the day before. It wasn't. So on arrival I had to phone in order to gain entry. The room itself was of a decent size, though getting my suitcase up the staircase was a slight struggle. The room could do with a little TLC - for example the rug is threadbare. Breakfast was acceptable but not great value for money.

B&B in Brussels - but I couldn't get in.

Hotel location is good, staff was friendly but I only had interaction with them online (didn't meet a single person from staff during my stay, self-check-in and all), room was spacious and clean BUT a huge problem - there is absolutely no sound isolation, I could hear every word uttered by very loud room neighbours who were noisy throughout the night,and woke me up on three occasions and as there is no staff present, there is no way of complaining other than knocking on the wall, etc, not very nice nor efficient. Same with street noise, despite being on the last floor, I was regularly woken up by traffic, sirens, etc. Very uncomfortable situation, and especially disappointing as otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

No sound isolation, ok otherwise

Clean and pleasant stay and comfortable bed. The entrance is a little hidden, but the entry codes worked perfectly.Very reasonably priced for a short stay

Clean tidy accommodation

Really good place, with great value for the money. I could check in at my convinience since dolrs were keycoded. Information about check-in received vi email and on whatsapp well in afvance!The manager was really nice and the breakfast was decent. The only thing I lacked in the was a shoehorn :)

Great gem for a decent price!

Easy to find, clean and very comfortable room, good bathroom and shower with hairdryer, good sleep due to Cindy bed, 10 mins walk to Flagey square. Perfect for what I wanted. Affordable. Code for the door and room for was emailed so it was easy.
