Stayed here for almost a month. The hotel is ideally located 1 or 2 minutes walk to a tram stop and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, plus a couple grocery/market stores very close by.

My room was comfortable, with a complete kitchen (no oven) and a separate shower/bathroom. The bed was comfortable (though the pillows were huge and hard as rock), the heating system worked great, satellite TV worked great, plenty of lighting, and overall a nice room. The cleaning service was excellent. There is a washer/dryer free to use, which was nice. There is also parking, though I believe you have to pay extra for it. My room was on the backside of the building, away from the streets, so it was rather quiet.

There is free Wi-Fi and it worked (most of the time) well.

A huge plus for me is that they accept cats. Given that I was moving from one country to another and I had cats with me, it was very helpful that they accepted cats.

The manager was also very nice.

I'd stay here again.

Good for extended stay

The apartment is very nicely furnished. Comfortable size. Nice sized kitchen. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice bathroom with decent sized shower. Decent cupboard space. Convenience of washing machine and spin dryer for use in the building. 
Excellent service received. All queries or requests for assistance were dealt with promptly and problem always resolved.
Flat was nice and quiet, no road noise and could not hear any noise from the neighbours.
Found the location to be central, and close to transport to all areas.

Comfortable convenient accomodation

I visited Pegasus some time ago when I relocated permanently from Greece. It was best value for money and the room exactly as I saw it in the pictures. I've contacted other apart-hotels and they were asking a lot more.

The room was very well equipped and we were able to cook with my wife almost every day. It is very well situated, only 5 minutes walk from tram stop 7 and bus stop 66. Very convenient for me since I was working at Eurocontrol.

Bottom line, I consider it very good option for mid term stay until you find a permanent apartment in Brussels.

Excellent for last moment relocation to Brussels

Due to our move we had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks. I don't like to eat out a lot and also didn't have time to leave and hunt down places to eat so an apparthotel was the way to go. It's quiet despite its location and there was parking on the street. You're limited to 2 hours so getting the garage for 10 Euro is the stress free option. I loved that they have a laundry room with more than one washer and dryer so I didn't have to waste time looking for a laundromat. The room was nice (no old mattresses, yay) with a well equipped spacious kitchen and the bathroom had lots of storage space and a huge shower. Thank you Pegasus for making this stressful time a little less stressful. 
One star deduction for the parking, I have a small car and still bumped my car door against the garage wall...but then again, this is Brussels and space is just limited. 
The manager was super helpful and very flexible in regards to check in and check out times- again, that helped me out a lot.

Great location, updated and very clean

Ok for transit but not sufficient for longer business stays. Smoking and noisy neighbours (not appropriate for relaxing after work / Cigarette smoke comes into flat from next door). Not really clean, windows were so dirty that you could write on them. Quite far away from the center of Brussels, not convenient if you need to travel to the center. Attention: construction area next door.
