Belarus Hotel

I stayed at this hotel 3 times, in August, September and November.I work as a manager in a department in the tourism sector in my own country, but the best thing for me in this hotel is the employees. the staff are really great and helpful.Especially Aleksandra and Alina, who work at the reception, work really devotedly and are very helpful, they tried to help me with everything every time I came to the hotel. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel is its friendly, helpful and dedicated staff.I would like to thank especially Aleksandra and Alina.If I briefly talk about the hotel The location of the hotel is nice. The river view is wonderful. Close to public transportation points to reach the city center.The hotel also has a pool, spa and parking.Wifi connection does not work very well everywhere except the lobby, in some rooms the wifi problem needs to be solved but you can use your own internet.Rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff are great too.In my opinion, the most negative part of the hotel is the restaurant. They are weak on food and need a stronger food menu and more delicious food. The most negative part for me was the food, but you can also buy food from outside.For me, the biggest plus of the hotel is its staff and location.
