We had a great stay here, great location, right by the city lift, so you can ski right down to the southernmost gondola. Kind staff, great rooms. Free access to the "freizeit area" with saunas and pool greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great stay at Lutonia

Our family of six , and another of five , spent ten days at Andrea’s Lutonia apartments. Comfortable , well equipped and clean . The building is perfectly situated for shopping ( Spar)   , ski lifts , entertainment and bus stops . 
Andrea was kind , efficient, and always there to assist us whether with local info , restaurant referrals and a ready smile . The perfect hostess! The perfect spot for a wonderful self catered ski holiday. We will return in a flash!

Superb self cater ski spartment Lutonia , Soelden

This appartment Mountain Suite is great. 
Modern fully equipped (also towels etc  )
But the main reason is the landlady, helpfull and kind all the time
We have been here the last 6 years and have never been dissapointed.
Even the rooms have been renovated.

Perfect Place in Ideal Ski Resort

Soelden is a remarkable ski resort, nestled at the end of a gorgeous valley and the gateway to some of Europe's most stunning alpine terrain. We have been visiting Soelden every October for the opening Audi FIS Ski World Cup weekend. Several years ago I decided to get away from traditional hotels (although they are great) and book an apartment. I am so happy that I found Apartments Linserhaus.

Each year I now stay in the same apartment. The location is absolutely remarkable - right on the Dorfstrase main street and an easy five minute walk from most anything in town. And while the location is next to a thriving bar, the soundproofing is amazing - very little noise at all.

I love the spaciousness of the apartment and location. Andrea is a wonderful hostess and makes things easy. There are a variety of choices for apartments. Wifi is also good.

I highly recommend Apartments Linserhaus for location and service.

Home Away from Home

The Family apartment is on two floors and very spacious. Bathroom was huge and comfortable. There is enough space to store everything you need. The beds are great and the kitchen has everything you would need. Its next to stores and a nice bakery.

Great choice for families

Enjoyed a ski holiday in Sölden with my 3 friends in one of the family suites. Linserhaus is perfectly located in the opposite of the "Zentrum-Shuttle", (2 lifts which brings you to the piste from where you can ski directly to the "Gaislachkog Tal"). Frau Linser is very friendly & polite, apartments are well equipped and beds are good. As Linserhaus is located on the main street through the village there is some noise from the traffic and people who enjoyed the après-ski a bit too much and want to share this with everybody who is sleeping after a day skiing. Just close the window and you will wake up well rested to enjoy a new wonderful day in one of the most beautiful ski areas in Europe.

Easy going appartment in the middle of Sölden across Centrum Shuttle

The day before we left we got a bill from a hotel owner. A total price in a bill was aground 250 Euro more than a price we booked for. An innocent line in a bill, named "Mountain suit" was not a part of our deal. 
After I spoke with hotel owner, she explained that it's probably a mistake caused by the new software for reservation managing an she'll get us a fixed bill. 

Unfortunately, a "fixed" bill was also incorrect. This time it was 40 Euro more than it should be. And, of course, it was a software problem.

One month after we left, we got an email from a hotel owner claiming that we didn't left a key from our room and it cost 100 Euro! 

Several days later, a hotel owner actually used my credit card details and took 100 Euro!

I turned to a crime department of my credit card to handle this gall.
