Fabulous location for a city getaway. All the amenities you need, apartments are very well appointed, stay one night or a whole month. Helen and Manjit are a wealth of information and do an amazing job running an awesome property.

Perfect city getaway

The refurbished Pinnacle apartments did not disappoint. Right from the start there was a welcome message and a friendly greeting when we arrived. Helen helped us settle in and assisted us. The accommodation was beyond the family’s expectations. The rooftop was really nice. The location is amazing and it was easy to get around to see the planned itinerary. We stayed seven nights and we were very happy to have made The Pinnacle our base in Sydney.

Wonderful facilities and location

Another wonderful stay and we love the renovation! Brought friends with us and they loved their apartment too. So close to everything we wanted to do in Sydney, from the harbour to the beaches and out to the Blue Mountains- all easy to do from here. A huge thank you to Helen who made it all so easy and answered our every question.

Loved every moment!

Highly recommended. The General Manager Helen, and Manjit are always ready to help and make your stay a wonderful experience. The recent refurb is sleek, comfortable and homely. They’ve also redone the rooftop space. It has a nice covered entertaining area, barbecue, alfresco dining and a putting green which is great for kids and adults alike. The only minor downside was not being able to open the windows in the bedroom to get fresh air, but the rooms do have AC which makes up for that. Already planning our next stay!

The apartments and their wonderful location never cease to amaze

It was the first time I had visited and the stay was wonderful. It's in a great location and the view from the roof is great! Helen was a superstar and made everyone feel welcome and always up for a chat and would suggest all the best spots around.

Wholesome experience

We spent 5 nights at The Sebel and was fantastic. Couldn't want for me. The location is right amongst so much Sydney has to offer. We discovered so many unique dining places. We were checked in by Helen, such an awesome lovely person, who advised us about the area and where the best eating places were. She was spot on as we explored her recommendations. Helen was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.  Kudos to you Helen. The staff are so friendly, and we were made to feel so welcomed. Our 2 bedroom apartment we fell in love with as soon as we opened the door. Very spacious with a great balcony. At night it is so quiet and the curtains make it lovely and dark so can sleep as long as you want. I have nothing to say negative about it. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT STAY - DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE

We stayed a week here on our return to Sydney for a visit. A family of four in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and CLEAN with a well equipped kitchen. The underground carpark is the same way in and out, tight but ok. The rooftop lounge area is a must to enjoy the sunset and cityscape.

Upon arrival, we were met by the building Manager, Helen. An absolutely wonderful lady, she runs a tight ship at The Sebel Pinnacle and as a member of Accor Vacations Club, I appreciate this, to ensure the property is well maintained and comfortable for guests. Even the garbage room was tidy and well kept.

I would only add that the washing machine and dryer by cleaned out more regularly if possible. 

The location of the apartment is superb, a 10 minute walk to access the CBD area and Chinatown. The next block is the Star City Casino and a well stocked supermarket for all your supplies. Within walking distance to several museums. Public transport aplenty including the light rail and ferry terminal.

I hear a refurb is on the cards, after it reopens, I hope to come back and stay again on my next visit to Sydney!

A delightful stay and fantastic location!

Last stay was in 2018 - mostly due to COVID restrictions. So glad to be back to the Pinnacle with a generous sized 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in fantastic location at Pyrmont. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Full dining table and kitchen, laundry, generous balcony with seating for 6.  No problem with our late arrival with key code access and key safe lock. Lovely welcome note and tip that Coles would be open until 11pm was very much appreciated.  So close to Star Casino, Coles supermarket, light rail, Pyrmont Bridge, darling Harbour, fish market and many cafes, bars or restaurants. Lovely manager Helen and duty manager Manjit are warm, friendly greeters at reception.  Looking forward to the next opportunity to return

Perfect base for exploring Sydney

Last month we enjoyed our first stay at The Sebel.  From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. Although we had arrived a little early, the manager Helen kindly welcomed us after a long flight. Before showing us to our apartment Helen took us out on to the footpath to orientate us to the best cafes, restaurants, shopping and night life. Our  suite exceeded our expectations in size,  comfort and facilities.

First time stay exceeds expectations

We recently stayed four nights at the Sebel Darling Harbour - The Pinnacle - Pyrmont and would highly recommend the hotel.
The location was perfect for visiting Darling Harbour, other local attractions and the Sydney CBD.
Our (two bedroom) apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable with large, thick bath towels and very comfortable beds. The balcony was a good size. The hotel has a large roof terrace with guest bbq, outdoor seating and great views across the city.
Family joined us to celebrate our granddaughter’s second birthday and it was a perfect location for the occasion.
A big Thank You to Helen H (the hotel General Manager) who was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.  The recommended local Thai restaurant dinner was a hit too! 
Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars from us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be booking in again!
