This place dosen't have any food and only drinks. The staff are very friendly but theres no 24 concierge. Concierge is simply the bar staff downstairs. The washrooms have no soap dispensers. The rooms automatically lock and that's bad if you forget your key because again, there's no 24 hr concierge to help you. Your'e looking at a 6/10 stay here and you get what you pay. The bedding is only partially clean but the rooms are quite clean overall. Would definitely not stay here again but it is priced fairly.

With the help of the staff, I was able to locate its car park. Secondly, the facilities are quite new & modern, except no hand soup in the toilets, making me feel unclean after use. My room 15 could hear someone talking next door and the closing of door, esp. toilet and shower room doors could be quite loud.

2 bar staff ignored me while checking in until a third staff member acknowledged me.At approximately 8pm I enquired about the bistro, that was advertised on website, and was told by staff that it was closed.A guest towel had been left in the bathroom for the entirety of my stay and the toilet cubicles were littered with paper, also for the entirety of my stay; seemingly there was no house-staff during my stay.The window sill had a layer of thick dust, and the fitted sheet had been placed haphazardly. Cigarette smoke was filtered into the room via the air-conditioning.

Room 10

While waiting for check-in time, an evacuation alarm sounded! The owner was annoyed. “Someone’s smoking in their room and set the alarm off…again” The fire dept arrived a few minutes later. I mentioned that i was looking forward to be able to have dinner here, too. “Oh, no, we’re between caterers.” The room smelled of mildew/ mould and the walls looked like someone had hosed them down at some stage, with streaks and drips everywhere.Instant coffee, tea, sugar, kettle….nothing to stir them with. (I used a pen from my bag!) Enough milk for only two cups…when I asked for more milk on the second day, he handed me 4 little cup sachets. (Can you spare it?!)The showers had nowhere dry except two small hooks. One morning I went to brush my teeth, only to find green vegetation along the sides of the sink…like someone had dressed a salad in there!!This place is, quite simply, disgusting.

Good price, safe, friendly staff, close to transport and shops. Basic clean room. No noise from hotel or other guests. Only traffic noise.

It was fine. It is a pub and this is pretty standard, even a bit better than usual for a pub. Shared toilet and shower but it was clean and recently renovated, so quite sleek.

This was a very good place to stay. Bus stop right outside to the city and/or a train station. Heaps of parking. I am sure my air conditioner was not working room always hotter than the hallway but I just used the fan function and it was fine for the time spent in there

It's modern, having been recently renovated, and great for bus travel into the city, with a bus stop right at the door. Happy to recommend for simple, easy stay.Issues are:  I feel there's not enough showers and toilets for the number of rooms; my bedroom didn't have a mirror, so I took up a whole toilet room to do make up, hair, contact lenses which could be done in room; room didn't have any hooks for towels; the one channel I wanted to watch, ch10, didn't come over the TV; there was no instructions for air conditioning which I couldn't turn on and off.  It's a simple cheap stay with easy bus travel, but needs a few more touches.

Absolutely disgusting stay. Super dirty place. Was a brothel, even cameras still in ceiling. Other peoples hair in my room etc. my room smelt of stale smoke which I’m now sick from. Highly do not recommend.

On the whole value for money Only thing was no coffee sachets in the room There is coffee down the road but just was going to have a quick one in the room Otherwise all good
