We have just spent four nights at the apartments and we could not be more satisfied. The accommodation was brilliant, beds were so comfortable and the whole place spotless and so well equipped, you couldn't ask for more, so many little extras that make such a difference. Plenty of housekeeping items, washing powder and dish washing liquid and even tissues in the bathroom and towels that would be worthy of a five star hotel. The pool area was also perfect and well maintained, we didn't  use the barbeques but they also looked great. So close to Kings Beach, easily accessed via the lane at the back of the apartments, just a short three minute walk and from there you could head into the main Street of Caloundra via the boardwalk. Deb and Dave were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent place to stay whilst in beautful Caloundra.

5 star! Clean, spacious, family friendly. One of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed at. Deb and John made us feel very welcome, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable, informative.

Excellent property to stay whether long term or short visit. Positioned close to all you ever need for a relaxing time - shops, eateries and most importantly the beach. Great amenities- management live in so everything is kept in great order. Thanks Deb and Dave for another great time, been coming here yearly for 13 years.

Great getaway

We had a amazing stay. The position of these units are great close to everything. Our unit was 11 and had everything u need and more. It was very clean with great ocean views. Deb and Dave were great, thank you for a wonderful holiday 

Excellent Stay

We loved our stay here. Our unit was extremely clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. Managers were very friendly and helpful.Easy access to beach through back of section. woukd definetly return.

So clean and well equipped

Amazing place to stay. So homely, really well decked out with furniture and a full kitchen plus more. Like home away from home. The owners are amazing and do helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

3 night stay

My husband and his family recently stayed here whilst his father was in hospital. They were all so thrilled with the accomodation.  It was clean and bright and had all the comforts of home.  There was no air conditioner, but being early September, there was no need for one anyway. The staff were all so lovely and accomodating.  There is no lift and his mother's (85 years old) apartment was on the second floor, but she managed ok as the stairs were nice and wide with a good hand rail.  Thoroughly recommend

Incredible value for money

We stayed in 2nd level apartment with ocean view, lots of space for our family of 3, unit had everything we needed was very clean and comfortable felt like home, Managers were so friendly and helpful, even offering to help us with our bags etc up the stairs.  Beds very comfortable, my husband and  daughter loved the pool. Great location, easy walk to Kings beach, Shelly Beach and Bullock beach. Out the back gate gets you to the Kings Beach Tavern, a short walk further to other takeaways.  Although it was booked out, it was so quiet that it felt like we were the only ones there.
