We recently stayed in the Quandong Cottage at Lovestone Cottages celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary.  Tam and Jon have created the most luxurious getaway you could ask for, from the beautifully appointed cottage, the lovely rainforest setting and the most warm welcome.  Everything you could ask for and more..... would highly recommend.

Tamara and Jonathon have created the perfect getaway ... so if you are looking to be indulged with an array of fantastic local produce, divinely comfortable bed, luxurious bath and bathroom, indoor or outdoor fires ... all within a tranquil green setting then book your visit.  
We loved that everything was catered for in our stay, our privacy included ... no need to close blinds at night ... so beautiful to wake up looking into the rainforest.
Thank you for making our time in Montville such a delight, it was so lovely to meet you both and experience the fruits of your hard work.

Just Perfect

Impeccable, truly can't fault our stay.
We wanted a relaxing, zero hassle trip away before the baby comes and Tam and Jon really made us feel special.
The accommodation was spectacular. From the moment we arrived we felt a wave of calmness from the hospitality and proximity to nature.

It’s everything and more , location and decor excellent . 
Freshly baked pastries delivered to your door daily, plenty of other supplies provided, chocolate, breakfast goods and Prosecco
. Hosts welcoming and warm 
Will be lovely to visit in winter , wood burner and outside fire pit

Everything and More

For years I have said to my husband that I want that romantic getaway, you know the one that you see in the movies and wish that it was just as magical in real life. This year he finally made my wish come true. For weeks he searched for places and one Sunday afternoon he stumbled upon Lovestone Cottages Montville. From the very first conversation with Tam my husband knew this was going to be special. Tam was amazing. She asked what we wanted, she listened and boy did she deliver.  Our weekend surpassed all of our expectations and more. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in a dream. Tam and Jon have thought of everything. We felt like we were in a secluded place away from everyone but really spoiled at the same time. Delicious hampers or baked treats delivered, massage services and all the while in quiet seclusion being able to enjoy each other's company. it was a truly magical experience that I will be sure to do again. PS the best cooks in Montville are Tam & Jon. They have sourced some of the most amazing local produce in the area.

Most amazing romantic getaway.

Beautiful hosts that made the experience magical. To my fellow travellers a stay you cant go past. Rooms were amazing and so clean, beds and pillows are a delight and the tranquil gardens well wow. We will be back lovestone thank you.

Everything exceeded our expectations, from the wonderfully warm welcome from our host Tamara ( Jon was busy working!) to the luxury that greeted us when we opened the door, to all the thoughtful little touches scattered throughout, all was perfect. My dietary needs were not a problem, I am a coeliac and there was an abundance of gluten free goodies provided.

We would absolutely recommend Lovestone Cottages to anyone. So thankful to be able to have had some time to relax in stunning surroundings and absolute privacy.

Amazing, exceeded expectations!

What a weekend. I cannot express enough how amazing this little cottage is. From the breathtaking views to the exceptional customer service I honestly cannot fault anything. We arrived to a very clean and well prepped cottage. Tamara and John were so lovely and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely blown away!!

Such a deluxe treat to stay here. The decor, the bed, the bar on the verandah, the privacy, the view, the birds, the lighting, the fire, the spa bath, the hamper, the warm croissants, the bubbles…… We loved it all. 

It was worth every cent and Tam was the perfect host.

Lovestone Cottages are highly recommended. The generous sized Cottages are fully equipped with every amenity. Quality furnishings and fittings. Spa bath, air-con, fireplace, BBQ and a fully functional kitchen. (Hearty breakfast hampers included) 
The gardens and surrounds are beautiful and very much add to your stay. 
The resident hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. 
The property operates with the guests relaxation and privacy as priority’s - Excellent. 
Additional the surrounding area has everything from bush walking, sight seeing, excellent cafés and restaurants. Along with close-by towns with that ‘Village’ vibe. 
Your hosts Tamara & Jonathan can arrange all manner of extras including in house self-catering packs and pampering. There are also free transfers to local restaurants available. Lovestone Cottages - ultimate quality relaxation ✔️
