For the price the accommodation it was outstanding value. Located next to the cafes and literally across the street to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and big enough for the two of us. We also got lucky with some Spring sunshine!

Loved it!

Came with my two kids and appreciated that they have a bit of choice on the kids menu which is very reasonably priced. I had the fish and chips and thought it was very nice, not too oily with lots of chips and salad that came with it. It was a good pub meal. 

Family dinner

We came to Stella's after a few hours at the beach on the 14th January and the food was well made. We ordered garlic bread, a salad (as it was hot) and linguine pasta. All of it arrived promptly. After our meal we noticed the front bar and had a quick drink. It was a great refuge from the intense summer heat.

Summer lunch

We really like visiting the area but find it hard to find accommodation that is reasonably priced. As it is very hard to find accommodation close to the beach for under $200 per night. The rooms were basic but large and clean. Room were  also quiet. In terms of food, my wife said she liked her fish and I thought my lasagne was rather good. We both agreed we would stay again. 



Value accommodation

My wife and I have been dinning at this venue for over 5 years and must say that they have erred on one occasion some 5 months ago when they misplaced our dessert . The food here has always been of excellent standard and cannot recommend this venue highly enough . I have read some recent reviews and must say that they are way out of left field . The owner , manager and staff are always friendly and appreciative of your custom . Sure like every other restaurant on the Peninsula they had trouble getting staff but are over this position now .

Catching up with friends

Have had the rib eye steak here a while back (pre COVID) and again found it well cooked. This time visited with a party of six and meals were served together (not always at a pub) and the meals were thoroughly enjoyed. Plenty of room so you're not squashed sitting next to another group of people. The lady at the bar was pleasant.

A beautiful historical building

The room was a good size and clean. The bed was also very comfy. The location was right in the centre of Dromana, with a short distance to the shops and beach. It is hard to find good value accomodation like this, I would stay again.

Would stay again.

My husband and I visited during the labor day weekend and Stella's was wonderful. The accommodation was more than reasonably priced compared to other options offered in the surrounding area. Food was good too.

Labor Day Long Weekend

Room 10 has a large balcony with 2 armchairs and coffee table with sea view. Safe beach across the road.  Private bathroom with shower toilet and basin. Spa is in an alcove and is big, deep and clean. Bathrobes a nice extra. Bed and pillows good. TV large. 

Old but good - Room 10 the best.

A few tips that might assist if you're staying. They have plenty of parking at the back, so no need to cross a busy street with your bags. Try and book in advance as it gets very busy in the summer months as it's literally across the road from the beach. This was our first stay and I would come back and stay again.
