49 reviewsThe staff was very helpful and caring, the bunk beds were comfortable but rather small (width-wise), the room we got didn't have a refrigerator, shower, sink, or anything, but we did know this hostel was for a budget and didn't provide much. The showers, sink, and shared refrigerator was near our room which was nice. The room we got had bunks beds, a heater, a window, a closet, and a desk. Not fancy but that's what we expected and paid for. The location was alright, though we wished it was a little closer to the city, but we like to walk, so that's ok. You get what you pay for, and this is a good place to stay if you're looking for a cheap and simplistic room. *this hotel is CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS, which we were told would take about 2 or 3 months. We booked the Miami Hotel Melbourne, which I also recommend. It's more expensive, but has everything you need, including a cafe and computers to use the Internet.
