Lovely stay, great communication with landlord. Right on the beach and middle of the town. Quiet. Clean and spacious. Main bedroom in terrance 6 is beautiful.

Giles was particularly helpful with an issue with the hot water which he stayed in communication with me and had sorted asap.The venue was top notch and a lovely spot in Byron Bay close to everything.

this is a pleasant apartment but, in my opinion, a bit odd.  The lower level has a bedroom that is very dark because of the palms in the garden.  There is another bedroom on the first level near the kitchen/living area, and a third airy bedroom on the top level.  There are toilets/shower on the lower level and top level.

Quirky dwelling over 3 floors, nearly 40 stairs and no handrails!

Good: 
Really great location, just a couple minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.
Includes one parking spot per apartment - important, because parking seems to be a major issue in Byron Bay.
Nice 3 story town house - comfortable, modern, attractive.
We had 3 outdoor balcony areas, which was nice.
Good value for Byron Bay.

Bad: 
It’s advertised as being air conditioned, and most of it is... but the middle bedroom had no air conditioning. Even with leaving that bedroom door open, the air from the lounge room did not reach that bedroom... meaning it was too hot to sleep in, and our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch.
They do not provide ANY extra rolls of toilet paper in the 2 bathrooms - you have to ask for every individual roll. There should absolutely be extra rolls stored in the bathrooms... rather than having to run out and then text to ask for more.

Just to be aware:
They only provide little bars of soap - no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or moisturiser. Not a huge deal, just handy to know in advance.
You have to take out your own trash before you leave.
There are LOTS of stairs - not an issue for us, but I wouldn’t stay there with small children or elderly people.


Townhouse 6 - great location!

Great location, very clean..decor very pleasing on the eye. A few touch ups needed to freshen up.

Kitchen utensils extremely limited, not a fan of delayed payment and would prefer to pay for accommodation at time of booking.Glass windows and doors do not block out street noise from the public at night went attempting to sleep.

Easy Comfortable Magical

Stayed here for 5 nights in early November. Booked the Four bedroom terrace (No.1) 
The apartment has been recently renovated and is perfect for a beach getaway.

The layout is 4 bedrooms over three levels and was absolutely perfect for us. we had a small group, two couples and two singles and felt like we had plenty of space.

The host (Giles) made everything seemless and was only a phonecall or message away if we required any info. 

Already planning our next getaway up here!

What a beautiful vibe throughout ,from check in to check out I felt so satisfied ,the management team were super friendly -In particular Giles ,very knowledgeable of The wonderful town and so hospitable -couldn’t do enough for us ,very clean modern rooms ,so spacious -with two teenagers it was nice we all had our own zone spaces ,we especially loved the Daybeds
Terrace apartments is super close to everything ,we didn’t need for a vehicle ,everything is walking distance ,loved the super quick walk to the beach to catch the sunrise
