Only because of the person on reception tonight and who was responsible for taking our money for the restaurant bill , rude and disrespectful and totally unsuitable for the position she was hired for , her classy act of running out of the motel demanding our room number after our room , meal and drinks paid for  , really made our stay unforgettable , never coming back despite the great food and service from our French waiter tonight , I feel sorry for the owners of this business

Terrible front of house

A quick stop overnight in Ballina, this lovely hotel accommodated us at short notice. Lovely staff and neat and tidy room. Very cute towel animals on the bed to greet us too. Easy to find and reasonably priced. 

Clean and tidy

Loved it we will be back. Friendly place. As I mentioned in my original review it has a lot including nice touches. 
Very clean but did not have that hyper strong bleach’s smell some places do. 
Big tick for simplicity and affordability

Little touches of heart and soul

Lovely service, nothing a hassle at all even though we called in late at night for a last minute booking. Easy as location. Booked a King bed room and couldn’t fault it in any way shape or form. Highly recommended.  

Great service. Clean $85 King room. What more could you want! 

Was not here for long, and arrived too late and left too early to make a comment about service. That said, it's a competent motel accommodation option. It's by-no-means flash, but it was clean, easy to find and available. They happily made arrangement for my late arrival.

Clean and tidy motel

Great price great staff, I did a last minute late arvo book in and the staff where still super gracious. On top of that I was granted a late check out. I'm a byron local and did a huge road trip. This place was a welcome stop over until home. Thanks guys. Stevie.
