Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address.

Please inform Los Teros in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. A hotel representative will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. Please note that smoking inside the bungalows is not allowed.
