Very nice location, they have quincho with grill and games for the kids. The alpine cabin is very spacious and bright. We could improve the mattresses of the upper rooms (it's a little paper) and also the lack of cleaning. we spent 2 nights just so it was nice.

I'm with my son and my granddaughter in a beautiful and comfortable cabin surrounded by trees and children's games, we light the fireplace and walk through Trevelin y Esquel, a dream come true!!!! we recommend everything here and thank Rodrigo for his excellent attention.

Birthdays and Mother's Day in Paradise.

The estate is beautiful and well located. The cabins are lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. Very poor attention from the owner Rodrigo who manages the estate, little clarity when arriving at the premises in the services he provides and even lack of respect and hair removal when we make fair claims to it. Halfway through the stays change the regulations on the entrance to the cabin. Lack of basic equipment in the kitchen. Worn mattresses, even the little children slept badly. A pity because he never understood that nothing was giving us anything but we pretended to have the service for which we had subscribed and for which he never even offered us a bill. He would never return.

There is no future.

Located in a dreamlike place, very clean, ideal atmosphere for resting.Excellent the design of the cabins, very well thought out, comfortable.The only improvement would be to have a delivery list.

 Holidays

At the time of booking, we were given a price in Chilean peso (CLP) or dollars (USD), at the time of arrival, we were not respected by that price, we were charged very differently from what was agreed on the web, bringing the attendant who booked that to another page.

It's a good place, but it won't come back, because the rate agreed on on the web is not respected.

We stayed 4 nights. At a reasonable price per high season of $2200 per night. We were 2 weddings, however the cost was split and we were profitable. It is 15 blocks from downtown approx. It has a very well-equipped warehouse at about 3 blocks. The premises are clean, tidy. And the clean cabins, with a very good heating system. Mattresses and pillows are very good as well. Spacious pleasures. Bath and shower are also very good. The kitchen is small. Only 2 ovens and a small oven. But really we cook there every day and it was functional. The owner's attention was right. The cabin is clear, of a picnic table, and we have the place where we forget about it.

 Good accommodation.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Large comfortable cabin quite well equipped. Locapted out of town with a very limited bus service but a reasonable 25 minute walk into Esquel along a good footpath. Rodrigo , the owner, very helpful, picked us up at the bus station and took us back there at the end of our stay. Need a car to make the most of the town and surrounding area and Rodrigo offers car hire at very reasonable rates. Small but well stocked shop  just 4 blocks away. Good base for exploring beautiful countryside and neighbouring town of Trevelin

,Nice comfortable cabins in a good location

We spent 3 nights with a couple of friends. We had a two-bedroom cabin. It was fine for 3 adults or a marriage with 2 children. The kitchen was just a kitchenette. There were no microwaves and the space is very small. The heating is good, although it was summer we had to use it, although it was a little noisy. The bathroom lacked some maintenance. The pool was covered and the shower lining was deteriorating. The mattresses are good. The look is very pleasant.

The right cabanas for a few days.

We rented a cabin and a car in the same place. We'll be back in the winter, and we can book.

Very Good Place! and charm!

The surroundings are very nice but the cabins are not well maintained so the boilers make a lot of noise, the phone is constantly switching off, the television is obsolete, the drains are clogged (for example: in the quincho you can't wash the dishes).
