All inclusive package will start at lunch time and will finish after breakfast on day of departure and includes:

Children under 4 years old stay for free.

Children between 5-11 years old will be charged 33% of an adult rate.

Children over 11 years old are considered as adults.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Please be informed that the room rate does not include bus transfer. The transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 7:30AM from Thien Bao Building, 47 Le Van Huu Street, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00pm at Victory Café, Vina Shin port, 6A Le Thanh Tong Street, Bach Dang Ward, Hon Gai Port, Halong. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information.
