Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM

• Saturday - Saturday: noon - 6 PM

Guests must check in at the offices of American Vacation Homes in Orlando at 12211 Regency Village Drive, Suite 12, then travel to their vacation home, located within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World Resort. Guests arriving after 6 PM or on Sunday will find a welcome packet in the after-hours lock box, located at the office entrance. Guests should contact the office for instructions to open the lock box by using the phone number received in the confirmation email after booking. Guests must report to the office on the next working day to complete registration.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Early check-in fee: USD 75.00 (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: USD 75.00 (subject to availability)
• Cleaning/housekeeping/linens fees vary based on length of stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: USD 250.00 per stay
• Cleaning fee: USD 125 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit size)

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
