Guests that cannot provide ID on or before arrival will be refused entry and no refund will be issued. Provided details will only be used to verify identity and will be removed from our system within 48 hours from your departure.

A security deposit of GBP500 may be required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) prior or upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in denied booking and no issued refund.
