Σε περίπτωση παραβίασης της τάξης, η νομοθεσία της Ταϊλάνδης προβλέπει ποινή φυλάκισης μέχρι πέντε έτη ή/και πρόστιμο μέχρι 100 χιλιάδες baht (περίπου 3 χιλιάδες δολάρια ΗΠΑ).
