Από την 1η Απριλίου 2021 τίθεται σε ισχύ το VISITAX για τους αλλοδαπούς τουρίστες. Η πληρωμή του ποσού των 224 μεξικανικών πέσος (ή $10 USD ανά άτομο) μπορεί να γίνει μέσω της διαδικτυακής πύλης http://visitax.gob.mx/. Οι αλλοδαποί τουρίστες μπορούν να πληρώσουν πριν ή κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους στο Quintana Roo. Η απόδειξη πληρωμής πρέπει να προσκομίζεται στον αερολιμένα πριν από την αναχώρηση.

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the villa prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Weekly housekeeping provided; additional cleaning fee: USD 500 per day

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Shuttle transfer per adult: USD 100 (one-way)
• Cleaning fee: USD 30 per accommodation, per stay
