Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that air conditioning and heating come at an an extra cost of EUR 0,18 per kWh.
