Αυτό περιλαμβάνει τη συμπλήρωση ενός ηλεκτρονικού εντύπου αυτο-δήλωσης με την ονομασία SATUSEHAT Health Pass, το οποίο πρέπει να συμπληρωθεί σε ειδική διαδικτυακή πλατφόρμα.
