This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property does not accept guests under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent and subject to prior notification. Please note that guests are not allowed to use their own bed linen and/or sleeping bag. Guests are required to present a copy of the person's ID and credit card upon check-in. In accordance with the Hamburg city council and government, this property will only accommodated from the 10th of January 2022 onwards: guests that are vaccinated three times (booster), guests that are vaccinated two times will need to provide a negative antigen test no older than 24 hours.
