For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 2 to 6 years old the property will charge 30 000 COP per person and per night. From to 6 years old and older, the property will charge as an adult 70 000 COP per person and per night The rooms will be given according to the number of guests: 2, 3 or 4 people will be delivered the apartment with one (1) multiple accommodation room.
