For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note breakfast and dinner are available for an additional surcharge. Please note use of the hot tub has an extra fee. Food service is provided through an agreement with a local restaurant. Please note the parking service is from 6 pm to 8 am and during the day there is a parking space outside the house. Pool facilities are open from 9 am to 6 pm
