Lots of staff around to look after you in the restaurant, bar, sun deck and terrace. The front door staff were so helpful too, as was reception. The head person walking around was especially engaging and keen to ensure you were comfortable.

Our room overlooked the bustling street and was clean and bright. A huge variety of buffet foods available catering to a European and Middle Eastern palate, my favourite was the freshly made omelette and delicious selection of  breakfast pastries.

I did not like the water taxi's being right by the sun deck/ swimming pool area they were noisy and polluting.

I did not like the the hassle we experienced once outside the hotel with taxi drivers, horse and cart drivers waiting to sell you their service.

The service and at the pool and sun deck was fantastic it was kept spotless all the time with plenty of staff to look after you.

A very nice hotel in a great location with beautiful gardens and a choice restaurants if you don't have half board.

Well located hotel, beautiful garden, the most delicious breakfast u ate in this hotel, all the staff is friendly and ready to help you any time, the bad thing in the garden is the mosquitos.
I can not remember the name of the girl behind the reception she is very nice and helpfull.

Great location and very good breakfast, very friendly staff, good service, room was nice but the sound is very noisy in the street side, it will be better to brovide the room with good isolation sestem.

Good location

Really great hotel. 

We stayed for 3 nights - 2 double rooms for our family.
I requested rooms next door and they accommodated this no problem. We arrived at 10.30am - no problem, a free drink in the lobby and our rooms were ready in less than 15 mins.

The staff are genuinely friendly and want you to have a good time. Yes, they would appreciate a tip but this is not expected like it other places.

Pool is amazing -right next to the Nile. It isn’t heated but with temperature at 35 degrees it didn’t need to be.  Pool bar serves a range of food and drinks including alcohol, for reasonable prices. (Everything priced in $) $3 beer, $6 G&T $2 soft drink.

Breakfast is very good, wide choice with an omelette/egg/pancake station, 

Didn’t eat dinner in hotel but it was buffet style for $16 for adult. (Kids half price) 

We went in a sunset Felucca ride directly from hotel. Probably paid a bit more than haggling with the captains outside of the hotel but to be honest we couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. It was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful,

Watch out for the mosquitoes - I got savaged in only one hour sat out on the veranda!! No

Location is also great - 10 mins walk to Luxor temple (which is a must see).

Great location, friendly staff, gorgeous pool

Have mixed feelings about this hotel - the main reason for giving the three stars is due my pre-checkin experience. I mailed them asking for an airport transfer and git a reply from a personal email saying to contact them re whatsapp . Turned out this wasnt the hotel someone must have passed on my email to this randomer - not ideal at all for your personal info to be passed onto others - so be mindful if emailing them. Apart from this my stay was fine, the hotel is a bit dated and sterile, its very beige. It was clean comfortable and rooms are large with good air con. Breakfast was great as was dinner. The highlight in my opinion is the location - its right on the nile and you can just sit and look out at it - amazing.

Some pros and cons

Great location on the East Bank on the Nile Corniche. Lovely views of the Nile river. Check in was not great - incorrect room was assigned as the booking was not looked at correctly - was then given another room on a lower floor overlooking the garden and Nile. Room was ok - a bit outdated and limited facilities. Wouldn't advise on taking a room above the garden cafe as it stays open all night with loud music playing - was awoken by the music and had to call reception twice and complain before they switched it off. On check out the night manager wasn't really bothered about my complaints and just carried on with the checkout.So I'd say if you're going to book this place - take a room on a higher floor or on the side.

Great location but not so great service.

Amex card was not welcomed at the front desk saying that Amex is unacceptable. But I did not have other cards and insisted on using this,  The staff brought a card verification device from the back office and unwillingly allowed me to use AMEX. Not comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast buffet. Helpful staff found us an affordable taxi. Great location with beautiful views of the Nile. They helped us finding a tour and laundry was great too!

This hotel is perfectly located in the town of Luxor! From there you can reach everything by foot. The view onto the river Nile is breathtaking and a highlight! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely food selection.

Good hotel and location; However the rooms are weary and needs a serious uplift.Service is slow and check in experience was poor.Breakfast spread was great and location amazing.
