The staff at the reception were arrogant they didn't want to put us (my husband and I) in the same room because our family booklet is in French they wanted a copy in English...! The pool was messy, dirty. The food was disgusting and above all they serve the water in plastic glasses...! the service leaves to wish the staff doesn't smile he speaks badly, there is the room that was rather correct with a climate that hits on the head all night.

The hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from the centre, the hotel is quiet, comfortable, the breakfast is a varied buffet, the view of the Nile side suite is pleasant. The Nile side pool is relaxing. The wifi is available in the living room. The rooms are equipped with a safe, TV, bathroom, living room on the terrace.

Calm and comfortable.

The ship is very nice, the room was pretty confortable, the service and attention was exceptional and the food diverse and delicious. In general Is a very good ship that I would recommend a lot. We also got a free upgrade to a suite. The only part I would have liked to know before booking was the sightseeing was not included in the itinerary, so it must be paid on board. I would have liked that it was mentioned in the same itinerary and the extra cost per person per day.

Swimming pool, terrace, view... great. Medium and uncomfortable rooms, bad bathroom. Medium service with sexist waiter. Only man gets a menu lol!!! very basic food quality, coffee a real joke!

Three Ways

Hotel with old rooms, not terrible breakfast and very unkind staff. This hotel is to be forgotten. You have to pay in cash on check-in, the bathroom is the room.

The negatives review are true!  My travel agent booked 5 nights here.  It was so bad that I had them rebook a different hotel. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!  And I lowered my standards going in thinking it would be more of a 3-star place, but it’s not even that!  It’s just a very depressing place.  The bedding was just a sheet with a blanket on top.  They couldn’t provide a heater (it’s cold in January!), no tea kettle for hot water, no complimentary tea/coffee in the room, and no toiletries!  What kind of 4-star property are you?  I went downstairs to ask for hot water and they charged me $20  Egyptian Pounds, all other hotels and cafes throughout the country has been free!  WiFi is only good in the lobby and you can’t pay to have it in the room.  There is no carpeting at all so you here all the echoes when people go through the security entrance/check (beep beep beep and clank clank clank) all night long.  And the breakfast was the worst part, it looked like leftovers from the day before.  I was afraid that I’d get sick eating it.

Not a 4-star hotel!  Don’t stay here!

This place is the most DISGUSTING hotel I ever stayed and believe me, I’m not very picky since I used to backpack in Asia and stayed in veeeery cheap hostels but this place is GROSS and NOT HYGIENIC AT ALL!
I was part of a tour and the other people were disgusted and angry for staying at this place, we tried to arrange with the tour company to move us to a better place for the value that we paid but they didn’t care! 

The place was full of hairs, the room looked like they cleaned it 5 months ago and the blankets and pillows were suuuuper stinky, the shower was the worst part too, and they didn’t even offer toiletries when you are paying for a “4 stars “ 
So be prepared and lower your standards!

And breakfast was DEPRESSING! Please look my pictures ( the one with the bathing isn’t very clear but believe me when I tell you to NOT STAY HERE not even if it were free!

Nice hotel away from the road so quiet and well located in the city. Nice rooms and clean bathroom with view of the Nile except for the rooms for 3 people. Nice and professional accommodation. wifi only has the reception operating nearby. Breakfast in the form of a buffet, salty and sweet. We haven't tested the pool due to the season.

Nice and quiet hotel

The three-star hotel is very well situated on the banks of the Nile with a beautiful balcony. However, it suffers from a lack of upgrades. The facilities, although clean, are a bit old-fashioned and would deserve some refreshment. Moreover, there is not a single functional elevator and the only internet access, only at the reception level, is very slow.

great view of the nile from the balcony,  hotel seemed very quiet when we stayed even though there were 2 tour groups staying there. 

didnt eat here, I ventured along the street to KFC against the advice of the tour guide.  The tour guide said it was dangerous. Its not. He must be on commission from the hotel.  Most friendly people ever on the streets surrounding the hotel
