Stayed as part of an organised tour. It was about an hour from the airport and is situated very close to a luxury shopping centre and about 6 stops on the train to the old town. Rooms are spacious and welcoming, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast could fill you up for the day and the in house restaurant pretty good too. The bed was comfortable and if it weren't for the altitude headache acclimatisation, I'd have slept very well. The shower is luxurious with plenty of toiletries and thick towels provided. Coffee in the rooms is not great, but you can always go down to the bar and buy one, though it's not cheap. Two bottles of water are provided in the room.
