They have brought in a 5 star chef from Miami and really stepped up the quality. This is hands down one of the best places to eat for miles around... if you love full flavor, natural, healthy, and creative food. ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY They have thought of every detail to keep true and disturb the land as little as possible. While still finding a way to make sure all of your creature comforts are still available. A rain water collector, natural sun water heater, old used tires below the floors for insulation, growing the food you are served on-site, following the curves of the land for each building, etc. the owners thought of everything and it shows. The harmony and energy with nature is rarely matched elsewhere. ROOMS This is a small boutique hotel /wellness center. Perfect for retreats and getting away from everything, while still finding comfort and conveniences. Some rooms have fireplaces, most can be converted from one large bed to two smaller beds, or two small beds and a couch bed. There is a room in the main area for people who have altitude sickness or mobility issues. STAFF Friendly, caring, and amazing. I wish I could hug them again from here. They are so special. I have hosted retreats around the world, and chose them for our retreat this year, for so many special reasons. The staff/owners is a main part of that decision. If you need something tell them. They would be more than happy to assist you. Overall, I love this place. I leave a little piece of my heart each time I am here, and I look forward to returning again soon. <3
