33 reviewsI arrived late at night, the manager Carlos, brought tea to my room free of charge. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable mattress & soft pillows (a relief after rock hard pillows elsewhere). The breakfast was 2 eggs, fresh croissants (I saw Carlos buying them fresh in the morning before breakfast along with the fruit for the fresh juice they serve). There are 3 possible wifi's so you can always get a signal. I returned for 2 more nights so I could enjoy the Saturday market in Otavalo. I am traveling on a budget, so this hotel was a special treat. I was there during the earthquake, Carlos was present, keeping everyone calm & overseeing the hotel. This is a well managed place with excellent customer service. Very affordable!
