The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the cathedral, the crafts market, al malecón, on the avenue 9 de Octubre and over the avenue Boyacá a very important road. It is also close by taxi from Las Peñas y del Cerro de Santa Ana. The room they gave us was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. The breakfast could be better and more varied.

A very well-located hotel

Located on a busy street, it's very central within 15 minutes of arrival at the malecón, Las Peñas. It's somewhat old-fashioned in need of a renovation. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Very attentive staff. Good Wi-Fi. Right breakfast.

Centrico is the centerpiece.

The hotel is located on a large street in the city. There is little traffic at night so there is no white night. The room was large, spacious and the bed was excellent. The bathroom is quite decent. Breakfast is taken in a rather small but quite decent room. The staff is friendly, smiling and welcoming.

Nice hotel in a good location

It's a soulless hotel, designed to accommodate passersby to try to sleep and take a shower.

Very well located downtown

The service and kindness of the Reception is notable, it was used for three days due to the proximity to the Insurance and Bank Offices that I had to visit in the center, they were very kind to install a desk in the room to work.

A great alternative in the center.

Is it because the reservations were made by our tour operator, no doubt at negotiated prices, but not very warm and distant welcome... comfortable room, spacious but very noisy, no sound insulation. All the concierge found to say the next morning is it's normal, we're in the city center!!! TV of very poor quality.

It's not worthy of a four-star rating.

A very nice hotel with perfect location, almost in the centre of Guayaquil. Excellent rooms, very clean bathrooms. Breakfast pretty basic, but tasty anyway.We had no problems and the staff was really very kind.

GREAT LOCATION

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel located not far from the center of town. The room we had was quite small and the bathroom was not spacious ( no shelves, no tissue paper...). To me this is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is very average too and service was slow. 

Nice location but noisy

The location: impeccable two steps from the shopping street of 9 October, facing directly on the secure promenade of the Malecon (10 minutes walk without hurrying from the hotel and passing through the busy shopping street). Access, near the tram bus, in the city centre, near the centres of interest. Security: impeccable, hotel open and secure 24/24 and the adjacent streets with many guards so no worries from this point of view. And for dinner, the shopping street is just down the street, full of restaurants without any problems anymore.

Very well placed very nice welcome

The hotel is well-built near the wonderful malecon. Spacious and bright rooms well-seated. Personal attentive and very friendly to the requirements of its guests. While the avenue is a little noisy in the rooms this is no trouble. The restaurant is correct and of excellent care. All this makes it a good option of accommodation in the hot city of Guayaquil.
