This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Further terms and conditions apply to group bookings of 2 or more apartments and/or guests booking with a local postcode where we reserve the right to request a security deposit of a pre-determined fee. Additional services that can be added for additional fees (charges on request, subject to availability at the time requested and generally 24hrs notice) : Early check in - £12.00 per hour, max 3 hours subject to availability Late check-out - £12.00 per hour, max 3 hours subject to availability Free Parking (1 space) – please provide car make, model and registration number A credit/debit card is required for payment of any additional services and/or to be held as security. A payment link or card verification request will be emailed for guest completion if they elect to pay accommodation fees directly to booking.com. If this is not provided your booking may be cancelled. The property reserves the right to request that guests vacate their apartment immediately if any of the terms and conditions/house rules are broken.
