This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, a valid photo ID in the form of full driving license or passport will be required of the lead guest (booker) within 24 hours of the reservation. Without a valid ID, check-in details won’t be released. Full name of all guests will be also be required. Please note, early check-in and late check-out is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20 each, subject to availability and agreement before check-in. All early/late requests will only be confirmed on the day of check-in/out. The lead booker must be age 25 years and over. Children under the age of 10 can stay for free. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 25. Please note, the booker is responsible for any extra guests or visitors. No visitor should stay after 21:00, if the rule is violated, you may be asked to leave without refund. Please note, all special requests to be made at the time of booking.
