This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure. This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. We require passport copies for each guest at least before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if your check-in / out timing is between 8:00pm & 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100 Complimentary (Once a week) housekeeping that includes Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towel Change (more if required at surcharge).
