Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Guests can smoke on a terrace. Please note that the apartment is located in a residential area, therefore parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate departure without refunding the payment.
