I wasn’t in a good mood and condition when arrived, because I ran away from Iran during the war. But their service and their staff were really nice and supportive. Thank you Eden’s.

I would like to reiterate my request for a refund for the second night of the reservation, which was not used. The booking was made for my sister, her husband and daughter, and my brother-in-law’s brother. After checking in late the first evening, they found the conditions unacceptable and were told by the hotel staff—in their native language—that a refund would be possible through Expedia.They checked out immediately and I arranged and booked alternative accommodations for them in Atlanta via Expedia the very next day, which you can also verify under my account.As a loyal Expedia customer who relies on your service to help navigate unfamiliar destinations, I trust your recommendations when selecting accommodations. In this instance, the experience fell far short of expectations, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a refund for the unused portion of the stay—especially since your team has escalated concerns regarding service quality to the hotel.I kindly ask you to re-review this matter, and either escalate the case further or offer Expedia credit if a full refund is not possible at this time.
